SHIPPING POLICY

We ship both domestically and internationally.

Shipping times and costs will vary with your location.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after payment - but we aim for 24 hours.

Please not student kits can take 7-10 business days to be sent.

No shipping orders will go out on a Friday as we want to minimise how long your package will be in transit (for the benefit and longevity of the gel).

Domestic shipping: 

We will use the best means available for shipment and the transit days will be determined from this.

Keep track of a package via your tracking number provided.

International shipping:

Please take note that the customer will be responsible for customs and import duties when the package reaches its destination.

These prices will vary and you will need to contact your local customs office for more details.

We are not liable for loss resulting in late delivery and are unable to make any changes once an order has been shipped out.

Please contact the customer service of the courier with any issues.

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems must be considered and are outside of our control.
